Eligibility

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
With all original tags attached
In their original packaging

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Return

Email us at inbox@cncours.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at inbox@cncours.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will resolve this as a priority.

International Returns

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes paid on delivery are non-refundable by au CONCOURS.
